 1.Automatically high-With help of auto-feeder, their is no need to crush tires. It effectively saves manpower and improves productivity.

 2.Our plant has anti-blocking system(oil-water separator device). Separating the heavy oil and impurities from the oil gas to purify the oil. Heavy oil is separated which can solve the problems of block in the next process of condensation. 

 3.Safety-Our plant is equipped with pressure gauge,safety valve, the alarming device, two water seal devices, and the good welding, Q245R boiler plate etc. guarantee work safety and service life of our equipments.

 4.Energy saving--Our plants have the recycling waste gases device. The waste gases connected with a pipe which is linked to the reactor. It serves as the fuel material. Take coal for example, It will save around 100 KGS per day. It saves 20% fuel. It means you can save 20 USD per day.

 5.No gas pollution-Dust removal system with high pressure nozzle inside can remove black smoke burned by the fuel material.

 6.Great cooling effect-All the cooling waters are circulatory in the condensation device. A large amount of oil gas will be efficiently formed in liquid state (liquefied oil)with wide cooling surface,long cooling line.The oil output can add to 1%-3% when the temperature in the pipe cooled well.

 7.High oil yield- Catalyst helps to improve the process of pyrolysis and produce more oil. It not only can help to get rid of bad smell and also improve oil quality.
